Earlier this year, this blog was hacked. And boy, did it take a while before it came back up. But now, things are happening again. I apologize for the absurd hiatus. But I hope to get your attention again. Most of the content was damaged in the process, but will be up again soon.
Thanks for your patience,
Tor
For some time this site had zero content. Nothing, really.
Here is a picture of nothing:
Well, nothing, really: The Hubble Space Telescope took this image of a part of the sky where nothing could be seen - nothing, really. After a very long exposure of 3 months it became apparent that there are plenty of galaxies out there where you see nothing. I am not claiming that a blog with no content is like that. I am just claiming that life is just that way: You don't see anything, unless you look closely enough. But then, when yuo really look, you will see an infinity of opportunities in all directions.

There is nothing in that image which gives a clue if there is any opportunities at all “out there” – we are looking at the past, can we expect the future to be the same, or the present for that matter?
To requote J. A. Wheeler taken directly from yours “The User Illusion”; “There is nothing out there “out there”.” Well, at least not a priori….
I guess, with opportunity comes uncertainty:-)
Anyway – Thanks for everything, I owe you one.
